Please read the following page very carefully. Our policies regarding shipping, taxes, conditions of sale, returns, cancellation, game instructions and requirements are described herein.
Shipping
Most orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service, Canada Post, and other comparable International postal services.
Shipping and handling rates are divided into three rates; US, Canada and International. The shipping and handling rates are also based on the purchased items as both size and weight are of relevance. Most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 days. It will usually take 3-10 business days to arrive in North America, and 2-3 weeks for other International orders.
Packages are confirmed upon order receipt and shipping placement. Once the package is en-route it is no longer the responsibility of this company, any employees or related parties. We cannot be responsible for the delivery services but rely on the professionalism of the postal services such as they are. Should you the customer wish to have another form of delivery service guarantee the package please contact us about the costs to do so. We will request a special delivery service to complete the transaction on your behalf. Costs for this service are quite expensive and you the customer will be required to pay all fees related thereto.
Sales Tax and Duties
Customers are responsible for all Sales Taxes, Duties and Custom fees, charges, or tariffs that may be applied at the time of delivery or at your country's border. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Consider that our website is secure and that ordering with your credit card is encryption protected and much faster; however, we will gladly serve your needs as promptly as possible. All mail orders will be shipped as soon as we receive payment.
Payment- Through the Site, we accept various payment methods for merchandise, as available though Paypal. We do not accept cheques, money-orders, or cash for orders placed this way. We only accept money-orders, or bank certified cheques for mail orders. All customers must be over 18 when using a credit card or signing cheques for purchases.

Return and Refund Policy
Orders can be returned within 5 days of your receipt. All products being returned must be in Mint Factory Sealed Condition. Due to the randomness of certain contents, they cannot be returned once opened. Please ship and pack returns carefully. Customers are responsible for initial return shipping and refunds will be issued on receipt once approved. Any returns should be sent to the address on the return label. When returning merchandise, be sure to include a note with your order number and the details of the return.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (ie. customer decision), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs and may be charged a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. If the factory seal was broken, we cannot accept the item back.
If the return is due to an error of ours (ie. we accidentally sent the improper merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all related shipping costs. Please contact us immediately should this occur.
Cancellation Policy
We are delighted when you are happy with your purchase from any of our companies. However if you are not pleased be aware that you have the right to cancel the contract between us before the order has been processed- usually by the next business day. We would appreciate if you would contact us with all pertinent order information (to see if the order has already been processed) and your request for cancelling.

Please note that Arcania game instructions are on-line only, in our Guide, and are not supplied with the cards in any deck or set. This allows for faster updates and more direct interaction should questions arise.
Game Play Requirements-
Before purchase please familiarize yourself with game play to understand minimum game requirements. ie. a minimum of 60 cards in a player's deck, with specific components (1 Castle, 4 Land, etc.); so at least two Decks may be needed to play one army. Army Sets have all needed components for one army. At least two players are required to have a game, each with his/her own army.
Advance Mail Orders
To place a mail order please email your request to us. Include: your Name, response Email, the desired merchandise, and the recipient's Name and Mailing Address. We shall reply with an email that will confirm the details of the order and offer a confirmation # and a price including shipping and handling.
Should the order be cancelled before shipping then you will be reimbursed without charge, any sum that you have paid for the goods. To complete the order simply send a Certified Cheque or Money Order with the confirmation #, for the total order price, to the company and address as stated in the reply email. Please do not send cash through the mail. Also allow 5-10 business days for us to receive your completed order.
